Ion vs. A5 RT vs. 98C RT
I really can't decide which of there three guns to buy. I REALLy hav had my heart set on a 98c, but then I would have to buy a hopper to keep up with it. The Ion looks great, but I have heard so many kixed reviws about it, I'm not sure. The A5 Rt is good, but 3 people on my team already have one (out of the five of us) and they are kinda big and bulky for me and they can be air hogs. I'm really torn right now, and I have to decide soon. Can you PLEASE give this noob some insight? Here are the prices for them all at my local PB shop:
98c Rt- $225
A5 RT-$285
Ion-$284

I had an A-5 with r/t and I have an ION. The A-5 doesn’t even come close to the ION

i dont think the r/t is tourney legal, unless you turn it down alot so it only gets one shot per pull.
A5s are probablly the worst tourney guns ever, no matter what you do to them. the main reason being the huge cyclone feed that only feeds 15 bps (or less...) if you really have your heart set on a tippmann, get a 98 custom pro or something like that, its electronic so better than the r/t. but i would recommend an ion or wrath, and tell your buddies with A5s to do the same and upgrade to a half decent marker...

yea i'm a woods baller usually and i still went with a Ion, dude it has it's advantage over a 98 and A5 in every way. except reliable, but i've seen speedballas be rougher on guns than woodsballas so you don't really need to worry about hte ion break down.
