tie. They are the same gun. The original manufacturer of the guns and Odyssey parted ways, and now Rex is selling them. But it is 100% still the o3m.

lol i thought they were just thought they had a few internal differences, guess not. But that still doesnt tell me if the ion beats it or how good the guns are.

Well, the Ion and it are marketed towards totally different types. The Ion will be better out of the box by not a small fraction. It's smaller, a little lighter, and of course, electropneumatic, therefore MUCH faster. However, the m2 CAN be made pretty nice. With a micro-rock lpr, torpedoe reg, on/off, e1, my o3m is very nice. And while much more expensive than an Ion, It's also IMO much better looking, and NEVER has issues with reliability. The only thing you will have problems with is that the o3m/m2 CANNOT be made electropneumatic since the MQ valve WILL NOT WORK.

it cant be made electro pneumatic but thats what the e2 or worrblade is for. That should make it be just as good , right?

No, the e2/worrblade makes them electronic, NOT electropneumatic. The MQ valve WITH e2/worrblade/race makes them electropneumatic. Since this gun cannot be MQ'd, it cannot be turned into an electropneumatic marker.
