A-5 or Custom Pro...
I am looking at getting one of these two, but from the reviews on a site that links to this one, it looks like the custom pro is the better choice from the start. According to that site the custom pro has better accuracy out of the box. I don't plan on upgrading the barrel for a while so this is something important.
The single thing I would need to upgrade stright out of the box on the A-5 is to have a double trigger, which the CP you know has already. The single thing I would have to change on the CP is that forward grip to something that is more traditionally round, not "griped".
So besides $$$ what is the better marker for all around playing mostly woodsball. I might want to take it to the feild every once in a while.
Thoughts?

All of my friends use tippmanns I've tested both out, and I prefer the A5... I don't know why, but I just do.

The thing that is suppose to make the A-5 better then the custom pro is the cyclone feed. The cyclone feed is fast so you don't need an expensive hopper, it prevents ball chopping for the most part. That is the reasons why and A-5 is better then the custom pro. If you need a good barrel and a double trigger right away then the Pro might be better.

Custom Pro....bc i don't like the looks of the A-5, the A-5 is to bulky....
the CP is faster stock, lighter, and in my opinion looks better....

Thanks yall. I think it really depends on the kind of deal I can get on an A-5. If I can find one for under $200 (mostly stock is what I want) then I think I might pull for that one, other wise it's the CP all the way.

i have an A-5 and i just got it for Christmas. i have no upgrades for it, and it shoots great. one bad thing about the custom pro is that that trigger pull is extremely heavy. i have shot a CP and it doesnt come near to competing with the A-5. plu s a double trigger is only like 20-30 dollars. plus the A-5 has the cyclone feed system, however fast you pull the trigger, the system feeds paintballs. it can feed feed 17+ bps (balls per second), and the custom can only feed 12-13 bps before the balls start to break. if you arent really serious about paintball, and you just wanna screw around and not upgrade it, i would definitely go with the CP. but if you are looking to get kinda serious and upgrade it in the future, then definitely go with the A-5.
just personal preference, man watever you want to do.

Well thanks guys but after shooting both, I found a smoking deal on an A5. Brand new in box for under $190.
CG, what kind of mods you got done to your xbox? I'm getting an X3 this month.
