People who have unreliable cockers are people who messed with them without knowing what they were doing. The trilogy is fine for woodball or speedball, and the lack of an adjustable actuating rod means you won't have to mess with timing at all. If do you feel inclined to mess with timing, you are more than welcome to buy an upgraded rod and do so.
I do have to say though, I had the opportunity to dry fire the spyder electra with the rocking grip.. Other than being a very bulky gun, I was VERY impressed with how it shot for the price..
All in all, The tippman is a tank, you can literally throw it on the ground and stomp on it, pick it up and shoot it, but as stated, not that sweet for speed.
I've owned a 98c and a trilogy sport, I prefer the trilogy sport by far.
