More reliable....eh ICD guns have been pretty unreliable in the past. I dont know about the PM. I would take the promaster. Smaller profile, lighter, better resale. Buying a NIB impulse would be....dumb just b/c of the horrible resale and how cheap you can get Imps upped. I would think the PM would have a better board but I really don't know.

PM for sure.

DEFINITELY go with the promaster. theres pretty much no such thing as a NIB impulse, unless it hasnt been taken out of the box for a year or 2....

yeah, the imps are old and seem like just an ion cept bigger, and in a few aspects, not as good. I founda dif imp for 250, upped, and if i did spend all my money on it, and didnt like it, id be at a pretty big loss, but a friend of mine and i are thinking of going and gettin promasters, and alot of people say any probs are minor probs and can be fixed easily (bolt leak, reg leak) but thats its b*tch to maintain.

ICD has upped their level or manufacter, the guns they produce now are very high quality and work great.
