Definitly the PMI. Has eyes, high end reg(not very useful with co2), and more board features. Cap doesnt matter because you get that high anyway. PMI has gauge too.

i only have 1 problem with the EVO. that is its hard to hold becuse it is so clost to the trigger frame

EVO. Its better in every catagory in my opinion.

evo. better all around. i have a mech spyder and an evo. i keep having problems with the spyder (i.e. chops, which the evo wont have), plus the spyder is too long imo and doesnt come with a regulator. the stock barrel on the evo is probably better, and if you want to change out the asa, its much easier. the reason for this is because the spyder's holes in the grip frame are aligned differently from other guns. the evo, on the other hand, takes standard asa's. just replace the trigger, asa, and feedneck to start off on the evo and youre fine.

edit: smitty, how do you like the evo vs a midend gun? im debating whether or not to keep mine. i might sell it and buy an ion, but that would be 100 more (for hopper and gun, assuming i sell the gun for almost the amount i payed) because halo b= about $60 more than reloader 2,and ion=40 mroe tahn evo. im not a serious player, i go like, once a month (i will try to go more once i get money). i have the money for the ion, but dont know if i wanna spend it.

fishys are horrible go with the pilot acs...i think its capped at a higher bps than the evo too

I think thqat the EVO is the best low end gun you can get. Right now I think the best gun for the money is the Ion, but the EVO comes in second. If I was going to buy one of the two and I didnt have an HPA tank i would get the EVO, If you own a HPA tank get the Ion.

the evo not just because i have a fish. ive shot both and all my friends have spyders and all their guns do is break. the only time my gun screwed up was when the o-ring on my bolt broke and i decided not to replace it before the next game.

i think ions just suck and that the new spyders(pilot,fenix,electra)are just plain better all around compared to the EVO
