For my money, a used autococker is the way to go. but there are plenty of kids out there that will tell you an Ion is the way to go (granted most of them are 12-14 and didnt pay for their own marker anyway). Me, im a tech junkie, I LOVE working on my marker. tweaking it just a little bit making it perform better. Theres a whole other world between an ion and a cocker. I would study up and see which one would suit you. Is this your first marker?

^^^ no they dont. get it set once, leave it alone. its even easier if it has an eblade because you dont have to worry about 3-way timing. Ive seen the guys with Ions at my field work on their markers WAY more than I ever have to...

Ion. Although I would rather have a cocker than an Ion, an Ion is a simpler gun to work on (NOT easier, just simpler), is MUCH faster than a non e-framed cocker, and is smaller and lighter. Overall, a better gun for most people who aren't died in the wool cocker fans.
