3 Choices..

i have narrowed down to 3 choices of paintball guns..
either the
PMI Piranha Eforce Evo 2004 Paintball Gun - Gunmetal Grey at ActionVillage.com : Paintball
or
Kingman Spyder Xtra 2006 Paintball Gun - Black at ActionVillage.com : Paintball
or
Kingman Pilot ACS Paintball Gun - Blue / Black at ActionVillage.com : Paintball

which one would be the best buy? and why?
also, if i use c02 with the evo or the ACS, will it change the shot?
and, on the evo, will c02 worth with the micro gauge?

and last question: what exactly does a Regulator do?

While the eyes are on, they will not allow the marker to fire unless there is a paintball ready to be shot. SO this will eliminate, or highly decrease the chance of chopping.

The EVO will run fine with CO2, but I would suggest a Syphon tube, this allows the co2 to expand before reaching the marker. That way, if you shoot fast, the marker will not freeze up.

The regulator just "regulates" the amount of air going into the marker. This causes the marker to be more consistent with the air flow. Thus making the marker more accurate.

i cant seem to find the syphon tube anywhere online..
and for both the syphon tube, and the regulator. you do need to open up the paintball gun right?
will this be difficult?

its called an Anti-Siphon Tube, and it is inside the tank doing what toxic said, but yeah Evo's eyes are better than an ACS bolt which requires recocking the bolt to stop a chop.

You will not have to open up the gun, you will just have to unscrew the tank cylinder from the tank regulator and put it in.

And the reg just screws on to the gun, so no taking apart except for the air hoses.

i think i get it now.. so you un screw your paintball gun "handle bars" and screw on the regulator right there? and from the regulator u screw on a tube/wire that goes to the co2?

and for the syphon tube, you just unscrew the top part of the c02 can and just slide in the tube and screw it on?.
