ok between the 3 guns Macdev Cyborg, PM7, and Etek Ego, which would be the best gun in the long run and right now?

I'd go with the PM7, then Etek, then Cyborg. In order of preference, and that's all it is. Shoot all three and see which you like best.

I'd go Borg over all others. I have an 06 Cyborg and I love it.

It depends on the features you like best. The cyborg is the best on efficiency. Etek will probably be the cheapest. ETC.

And the 06 Cyborg comes stock with a Predator board and has 11 different firing modes. Not to mention the Gladiator reg is one of the best on the market. And the 06 is only $650.00 (it was $975.00 when it first came out) brand new.
