I would go Quest over PM7. I've shot both and just like how the Quest feels compared to the PM7. And the 06 Quest is now only $500.00

First of all, if you are paying $750 for a Quest you are getting ripped off, I believe they just dropped the price to $500. But anyways, I would personally go with the PM7.

I have both--and the Quest is my primary

Love the Quest: It has the Lucky Ace board, Dye 2 piece UL barrel, Dye hyper2 reg. Does fine on efficiency and just feels nicer than my Virtue'd PM7.

You can pick up quest in the 200 range used no problem. I got an OG with Goldmember, Nox chip, want to say one other upgrade for $250.

Very old thread, that said you can also pick up PM7's for just a bit more than the Quest. UL'd PM7's go for only about $100 than an OG Quest, with the non-UL PM7 being nearly the same price.

I do. And for someone who has lots of experience, it's hard to beat. but for someone who doesn't, the fraility of the wiring harness is bad. Quest definitely is more efficient than a PM7, and in my opinion has a much nicer trigger too. Also a bit heavier though. But of course, I have both and I don't think I could ever bring myself to get rid of either.

I agree with miller. I shoot a quest, and for a new person I WOULD NOT tell them to get one. There is no company to stand behind it right now, and so on. But you can get quests for as cheap as $200.

For an experienced player the quest might be better only because it's a little cheaper. they shoot amazing and get better efficency than the pm7 but i wouldn't argue with someone if they wanted a pm7 over a quest
