Hey, both guns will be similar performance wise, because they are the same operation system, and use probably the same parts.
But, if you look at the fenix, it has a vertical feedneck that does not require an adapter. Whereas the pilot requires an adapter to put the hopper on. The problem with these adapters is they are prone to breaking and can cost $5 to get a new one. If you are a rough player, you could be out $5 a week for a new plastic adapter.
So I say get the fenix.

Also im not sure how much you are paying, but the VS series of spyders will wipe out those ones you listed.

VS1's are about $140. But they have the same icky feedneck as the pilot.
VS2's are about $180. But they have good feednecks.
VS3's are about $230. They are as good as a spyder will get.
But all 3 of these will be better than the two you first picked.

well i think im going to get the fenix.....if you guys can look for a paintball gun package for under 200$ and it has everything in there by today ill take a look at it....

Lol, i dont think anyone is too much i a hurry to find one. Just get the fenix, it will pry be the best package you can find anyways.

Everything has been said here.
personnaly I would go with the Pilot, it got the same internals than the Fenix and it can be found alot cheaper... But for the price check for the VS1, it got eyes has anti-chop system, which is better than the ACS bolt (even if the ACS is a nice system too).
