Nahhh, Ion, just because its a cocker. I hated my friends Black magic, it was always broken and even when it was up and running good it was barely better than my ole' Ion.

definitely go ion cause if u get the cocker you'll have so much trouble out of the timing of the gun and the ion is just a good gun.

NO! the ion is terrible.a BM is such a good gun, and no you dont have to time it unless YOU scew it up, they time it before you get it so just dont mess with the regs and it will work MUCH better than an ion, gosh the superstock is much better than an ion, people at my field think Its more like a pmr than an ion, this website is full of ion newbs.

much love for cockers black magic is way better then the ion i used to shoot an ion the cocker is faster more accurate sure the ion is easier to maintain but the bm is a far better gun

??? Ion easier to maintain??? How can you get easier than removing the bolt and shooting some oil through the asa after every game? Maintenance is FAR easier on the BM than the Ion. Easier to tear the gun down too. Overall, they're actually in the same level of performance. I'm biased towards cockers though, and against Smart Parts in general. But if properly taken care of, the BM will be more reliable (other than the POS membrane pads) than the Ion. Of course, the ion membrane pads aren't exactly the most reliable either.

yea my friends are buying ions and bms 3 ions and 3 bms im the odd guy out so im buying a karnivor to top them all while still staying on the coker side
