Autococker or invert mini

this is going to be my first gun and i am looking at these two used guns to choose from, what are your opinions and witch one would you suggest me getting

this new mini

or any of these cockers, im not sure if the different types of cockers effect the accuracy of the gun, but im looking for the better accuracy gun

Witch of these brands overall are better?

It's a mech cocker vs. a Mini. Kinda opposite ends of the scale...

The cocker is much heavier, and being mech, will shoot 5-6 bps. The Mini is one of the lightest guns there are, and can Easily shoot 15 bps. More if you happen to have insanely fast fingers. Accuracy is 90% paint to barrel match, so using good paint and a barrel that matches well you will get equal accuracy on either gun.

Minis feel weird in your hands - too small in my opinion, regardless if it is a great gun or not.

I couldn't disagree more. While I love the Mini, I vastly prefer any of my autocockers to it.

My friend and I played today. I let him use my Mini, I used my SS. I owned him all day. I had a hard time getting chrono'd due to my forgetting I didn't have an MQ valve (been a while since I didn't use my mq'd cocker), so I took the cocking rod out to adjust velocity and promptly forgot to put it back, then was wondering why it wasn't firing. But once I got over my blonde moment, I completely obliterated him with the cocker.

Other than weight, a mini has NOTHING on a well set up autococker.

I too beleive the mini is much better than the cocker. Both guns are solid, how ever the cocker has a lot more pieces to it to break or to have to learn how to fix. Cockers are perhaps the toughest guns to learn how to take care of and tune. The mini is much more simpler and doesnt have as much stuff to go wrong. Plus cockers are just a dying breed...

just because a marker isn't the next biggest thing does not mean it's not worth getting. There's plenty of nice markers that have been forgotten along the way. You say they're a dying breed, I say they're ridiculously cheap and are an amazing bargain.

Can be. You can get some great deals, but it's REALLY easy to buy one that's a complete POS, and end up spending far too much. If you're going to buy an autococker, make sure to buy one that already has an eblade/e2/raceframe on it. You'll spend WAY too much buying a mech autococker and then trying to upgrade it later. And you will end up wanting to upgrade it most likely, as mech cockers, while reliable and great fun, are far too easily outgunned in modern paintball.
