So Im not sure weather a dm6 or pm7 is better, so i think if your gonna compare this either compare the best of the two dye guns against the ego 6, or the pm7 against the dm6. Dont want to have the lesser of the two dye guns compared against the ego.

Im trying for one of these guns for xmas. So originally i was going for a pm7, then i heard the dm6 was better, and then i hear the ego is good too but idk which is best.

If you think theres a gun that I can get that better than any of these for around 500-600 bux please feel free to tell me and if you can compare it to these guns.

I believe the pm7 or dm6 will be better than the ego. The ego will get better efficiency and will be lighter, but will not shoot near as good as the trix's. I am going on my personal experience with an 05 ego and a DM4. And I would take the DM4 hands down.

i know its opinionated but idk where to test these guns out ive asked and tried but havnt been able to, and i dont know what ill like better, i hear the same thing as u say... is the only reason u think it shoots better because of less recoil or what do you like about it? how much does each gun weigh?

Most people say accuracy is the same with all guns. I find that bull crap. I have found that matrix and autococker and automag paintball markes to be the most accurate out of box. I could take the ego, shoot 10 shots at a target, and get 6 or 7 hits. With the matrix/cocker/mag I could get 8-9 hits.

But, the matrix will have less recoil, and in my opinion shoot smoother. And it will be quieter.

so by efficiency u just mean it will waste less air, or that the shots will be more consistent, cuz id rather have more consistent fairly accurate shots than non constant very accurate shots, cuz one could be accurate and then the next could be all screwed up

also how much lighter is the ego than an a pm7 and or dm6

also of the dm6 and pm7 which do you think is better n why?

i own a ego 06 and have shot the others. agreed that the trix's are smoother, but i can handle a little kick? Plus i think the ego is easier to maintain like lube. This is obviously all opinions but are you talkin out of the box or with some barrel kit and a board? i mean everything has its srtong points and weak points. its wat you want best.

pm7. it is gonna be the mightest outta the group. and the dm/ego vs thing is all preference as stated. if you want quiet, smooth, and accurate get a pm7. if you want efficient, easy maintenance get an ego.

so the only benefit is the eay maint. on the ego and the dm/pm would be better because its smooter and accurate if i dont mind that the o rings can bust and i could have air leakage

alright i think i can maybe squeeze a dm7 off ebay so that would be better than a pm7 right? it should be but just making sure

I would probably get the dm7, but they will shoot very similar.

To clarify about the efficiency, it means the ego will get more shots per tank than the matrix. Consistency is like having the shots be shot at a more consistant rate, which both markers can get great consistency with the right tuning and proper regulators.

PM7 is actually a little lighter and smaller than a DM7. If you don't want all the modes that the UL frame on the DM offers, the PM is a much better bargain. I for one, would never get a DM because of that. I shoot semi ONLY, so have no need for more modes than off and semi.

Proto is the DM redneck step sister. Ego 6's are meh.. I'd go with ego7 but not ego6.
