Im not sure what i should get. My friend has a Promaster but i like the look of the epiphany. i had a spyder pilot and it disapointed me, so im looking for a new gun. i need some feedback soon.

I just don't know if the Epiphany will do better than the pilot. im pretty sure it will. I don't think it will be better than the Promaster though.

well it's user preference there bub. if you wanna keep to the open bolt, stck tubed design go promaster. if not go with the epihphany. but here lately I've been hating anything ICD. I saw 6 promasters go down this weekend n yeah.

im pretty sure im just going to go with the epiphany, my friend who has the promaster keeps haveing small problems. i'd rather have one problem every once and a while insted of a lot of small ones, it makes to much down time.

that doesn't surprise me, trying to help kids on pbn is becoming a massive headache and realization of how dumb some people are. Resale has dropped like a rock to a lowely $120 for a bnib stock promaster so the noobs gobble them up. Except that they're really very similar to a timmy inside using a hosed noid system that just isn't friendly to new players. Oh yea, and new players flat suck at tech or setting up anything.

How is an open bolt, inline design so much better than an open bolt, stacked tube design?

Promaster IMO. Both fast, fairly small, light. Promaster will get significantly better efficiency.

It's very easy to hrdly ever have problems with a promaster. you follow some simple directions when you get it and each time you tear it apart and it works wonderfully. I would say that a very vast majority of promaster problems have to do with user error/incompetence.

Thats true, the promaster is easy to work with, im just saying that somtimes it has small problems. But does the promaster out preform the epiphany.

the epiphany gets damn good efficiency for a spooler. I didn't say it was better, I said I prefer and if I said it was better excuse my intolerance. the piphany will shoot smoother, wieter and spoolers generally have a better bolt design when it comes to accuracy(if you believe that bolt design has a part in accuracy, which I do). the promaster will be easier to maintian and have better efficiency, but it will be taller, louder, and less accurate as stated above if you believe in that.
