EOS price
I've been looking at the epiphany, but then I saw the EOS, I read it has a few upgrades and a BOB body and it looks sooooo nice, but its an exra $190! I'm not planning on getting a new gun for either another 6 months or a year. Is it possible the price would go down by next year or should I not bother waiting? how long does it typically take for a marker to go down in price and how much do you think it'd be? I'd wait a year if it means i'd spend 300 instead of 400, i'm in no rush to ditch my tippmann

Yes, it will definitely drop in price. Whether it will still be sold next year and not get replaced by another model is not certain though, although given Smart Parts history it's unlikely they would phase out the EOS by next year. Worst case, you'd have to find one used which would be even cheaper.

The EOS will be an even better deal once the price drops off.
As of now, I must admit, it's a bit overpriced, so unless you really want one know, best wait it out.

i'm willing to spend 300 on it, 6 months or so would be nice, but i can wait a year. I'd like to get it new as i bought my tippmann used and this'll be my first electronic marker and I want something brand new i can take out of the box and have instructions or w/e and be sure of the condition and all.

I bet in 6 months you might find some people on the nation that are going to sell used.

You could probably find one used for $300 today. Well, maybe not quite as low as $300... but they'll definitely be selling for $300 in less than 6 months.

Thats a bit high for a used marker.
Just taking it out of the box and shooting it will probably send the price lower than that, but I could be wrong

QFT^^^, on the Nation you can sell it BNIB for like 20 bucks less then resale and it'll be good.
