Ion XE vs PMR vs Mini

I now have my choices down to either an XE with a pepperstick barrel, an Invert Mini, and a PMR. I will mostly be playing woods / recball. Can't decide. Any pros or cons for them? Thanks

Throw the ion outta the picture. Between the mini and PMR it's all personal preference. If you like smoother, quieter, more accurate bolt design; but lacks efficiency and ease of maintenance get a PMR. If you like ease of maintenance and efficiency get a Mini.

Not true the Mini is better at everything. The PMR comes with a horrible feed neck and back cap. Most of the parts on it are plastic.

Coming from somebody with a username of "InvertMiniDude". Their both great guns, I've got a pmr so I may be biased towards it just how the guy above me is with the mini. Neither gun is overall better than the other. Try holding one and shooting each gun and see what you think. Oh and don't let the "plastic parts" detour you. Its a composite plastic which is even used in some boat hulls. The only upgrade on the pmr that in my opinion is a must would be the trigger but, I replaced it with a NDZ Slik and now I love it.

I personally do not own a pmr or a mini but I have shot both. The mini is the better marker. The "composite plastic" on the pmr still breaks and that trigger is horrible. I've seen $50 brass eagles with nicer triggers.

If your looking at Proto's go with a PM6 much better than the PMR and alot smoother shooting than a mini.

Mine hasn't broke so I can only vouche for myself. Though I did replace the the frame with the NDZ ultralite frame. So only the top of my gun is composite. Also, I agree 100% about the trigger! Seriously though try them both and see what you like. Myself I will probally keep mine until christmas then upgrade to a pm8 if I'm still playing as often.
