Spyder 08 electra, Vibe, PMR

I'm looking at the guns listed in the title and at first I was sold on the electra, then a dealer highly recommended the vibe saying that it will do better than any spyder, and then I saw posts about PMR (I guess the 08). I'd like to keep the price around 200 for the gun. Looking for people's opinion, so I can finally make a decision. Thanks.

The PMR is far superior to the vibe and electra. The electra and vibe are nice entry level markers, not really suited for competition but they're easy to maintain and shoot alright. If you're new to paintball, perhaps the vibe or electra would be best suited to your needs.

The 2008 PMRs are over $200 just for the marker, and you need to consider tank, hopper, etc. But given they're far superior markers, you could find a used PMR for under $200, there's 2 or 3 on sale on the forum right now.

But if it came down to the vibe or electra, it could be a hard choice, depending on what you look for in a marker.

The vibe on one hand is full electropneumatic which on its own is a huge thing over the electra in terms of performance, has low force bolt, has that valve for the liquid CO2, is light, feels great and shoots nice and has a better feedneck.

On the other hand, the electra though not electropneumatic, does all the things the vibe can, has eyes and most importantly can shoot twice as fast.

Since i've mostly owned stbb markers, i'd always go for the electra since that's what i know how to work, but i wouldnt ming having a vibe in my arsenal. Or a PMR for that matter.

the dealer of that store must be on crack if he thinks the vibe is better than any spyder ever produced, as for which of those three, no competition, PMR wins, as for the electra vs vibe, i wouldnt give a second thought to it, id get the electra.

so whats your budget for everything? with the pmr your also going to need a HPA tank, but the electra will run on co2, they will both require a fast hopper so thats kinda a moot point
