and you still hit your target, therefore scope=useless

if you get a scope get a cheap one so you dont end up like a buddy of mine who bought a expensive scope then played with it for a few months and decided it was pointless and added weight then took it back off

hers a good thing. dont get an actual scope. at walmart they have red dot sight that are like 2x magnification. the same price as a scope and it wont take as long to get it onto a target

I can't see how that's any better than looking down the barrel of your marker and then watching where your paint flies.
Or realize that you can't see properly through a scope with a mask on...
agreed

you might waste paint looming down the barrel cuz thats not always the most accurate thing to do
yes it is, why do you think you never see a pro team using scopes? its just different than new players have ever aimed anything that shot so people complain and automatically shoot it down
also, paintball is not accurate, get used to it, thats why its "accuracy through volume"

ok so if the scopes dont help any pro team, how do you think they will help anyone else? and no your not helping him, your telling him to buy a product that will add weight to his marker and not help him at all.
paintballs are not accurate so how will useing a scope help? it will magnify your target but wont componsate for how much you have to arc the shot and when the paint curves (when not if) its not going to go where the scope is showing you anyway (it RARELY will go exactly straight)

giving advice does not mean that you tell a person what they want to hear. Often it means you're attempting to re-route their direction while giving a reason to do so.
Scopes and paintball just dont' work out together. you cant' see throuhg it with your mask on, it'll possibyl break if it gets hit, and paintballs dont' fly straight. With those reasons, I see no purpose in getting or using a scope unless youre' trying to be silly. If you are, then by all means go for it.
