Buying used is going to be the cheapest way to go, it'll still work great though.

Raiders has laser engraving (IMO, massively UGLY, I had a 06 Raiders Quest it was the ugliest marker I ever owned) and the RAIDERS APE board (black ape board with a Oakland Raiders helmet on it, programming is same as a normal APE board).

I hate laser engraving. As in HATE laser engraving. So my opinion of any marker that has engraving on it is instantly one of utter revulsion. Most people won't think the same as me in that regard.

Yeah, for me, it's exactly the opposite. I LOVE that gunmetal one, but hate the Raiders one. They'll perform the same, so if you like the Raiders one, go for it. The 07 is some minute amount lighter than the OG.

Hehe, we're about polar opposites. I'm a huge fan of gloss finishes, not a big fan of dust!

Not really. The generations were something Quest user came up with, there were never any official different generations.

Here's the manual for the marker itself, it includes the instructions for the WAS boarded Quests. If you have one of the other boards, you'll need to download the manual to that seperately.

Most of the boards say on them what company made them. If there were multiple revisions of it, they also usually give a revision version, or NOT having a revision version means it was the first version.
