SP-1 or Proto SLG

I am getting a new gun and i am stuck between the Smart Parts SP-1 and the Proto SLG. i have read a lot of reviews about both and the Proto SLG seems to be a much better gun, but then the guy at my local paintball store is all about the SP-1. he is making it seem like the SP-1 is one of the best guns at there around that price range. i like the whole idea about the Blackheart Board for the SP-1 which increases it rate of fire to about 20bps. but then the stock SLG with a good hopper can shoot around 30bps. i need help on deciding which one to get.

i say go with the SLG. I hear lots of complaints about the ions. And if you still arent sure, 30 bps is better than 20 bps.

I'd take a Blackhearted Vibe over a SP-1. Why? The internals are IDENTICAL. Has blackheart already, has eyes, and has an on/off. Also has a double finger trigger (and not a bad one). I'd DEFINITELY take that over a SLG. But the SLG is horribly overpriced for what it delivers. It's a low end sear tripper better compared to Spyders and Tippmanns than true Electropneumatics...even low end EP's like the Vibe and SP-1. it's a NICE sear tripper, but it's still a sear tripper. If you want a sear tripper, look into a Spyder. They're just as nice as the SLG, and a LOT cheaper.
