I need help figuring which one is better,i play woodsball and speedball,im somewhat of a nuub,iv only been playing for about a year now love the sport but its hard to figure out what gun is reliable and what gun will lead up to my expectations, so i need help what is the better, the ephiphiny or the slg 09?

Used VS2, used Blitz, used Mini, used EOS, etc.

and as many have said before me: buy the year old models too. dropping from 1000 bucks for whatever to 300-400 because its a year old is a great way to save. same thing with equipment, 60 bucks for a new jersey, but 30-40 for a year old one used once or whatever.

i would go with the ephiphiny but that is because i like smartparts and i dont care for proto after playing with my friends PM6. you could try getting a used G3. i would get a ninja tank since you can pick them up for about $150 new depending on the size you get.

Not sure of used VS2 as well, but used mini and EOS are great choices. I'd like a used PMR too

This is his 3rd marker (from what I know). However I have to agree that it looks like a fanboy

i thought it was one of his firsts.
since i remember all of the threads on ions, and generally newbies believe that the marker they got is one of the best because its all they know or dont want to think they couldve got something better.

I would take a slightly up'd slg over a ephiphiny, its just too hard to take apart.
Go for a invert mini or a pmr.

okay like no one else in this thread i would go with the ul slg im here to answer your wuestion not tell you other ****ty guns,, he asked for your opinion on these two markers not on which one to get out of every damn gun you guys know

I told him what I thought of the two and gave him a better choice he may not know about. There are far better markers for the price, and just a little tip, the UL slg is a big waste of money.

I don't really mind being called the dumbest bastard but if you can't back up your idea it's just making you look bad.
So I'll let you explain how a UL'ed slg is worth 299.95 when a F8 or a mini is just barely more.

^^And don't forget that the F8 and Mini AREN'T sear tripped blowforwards that use essentially the same technology as a Spyder VS2 did, but cost 3x the price.
