Question Zenith, Blitz, SLG, Ion, or G3?

Hey, I'm playing more and more speedball and my 98c is just too bulky to be truly effective, so I'm looking to upgrade. I've heard a lot of good stuff about Azodin's line of markers, but I don't know too much about other markers in the similar price range ($150-300). I'm looking for something light, and DURABLE, I really don't want too many problems (that's why I got my 98c ), and of course the less $$$ the better. If you have any info on the markers I've listed in the title, or simply love your marker, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Out of the ones in the title, I'd also go with the SLG, but that's just my opinion. I'd go with the Ion ONLY if it's a BOB (Bolt-Out-Back) body, or an XE. If it's a normal Ion, don't waste your money.

I would go with the slg also. Nicer than an ion without putting $500 worth of upgrades on it.

Umm, are those arrows or greater than signs? I'm assuming arrows... Out of curiosity, do you think the G3 is worth the extra $ over the Zenith? Is the Zenith worth the extra $ over the Blitz?

thanks

Is this taking price into consideration? Otherwise, I thought that the G3 was the best of what I mentioned, I'm just shying away from it because of it's price (although I haven't looked into the XE, just the original ion).

Yes, the Zenith and G3 are both great markers, but not for the price brand new

Ion XE is still you best bet

the G3 is not a great marker. haha. Talk to miller about them. i've seen them, and i was not impressed. DP really messed that up. The G3 LE's are okay but the got the first version so wrong I'd stay away. kinda like the Ion as well.

Would you recommend buying used or new? Also, do you think the XE is better than the Zenith, because I would be willing to toss in the extra $30 if the Zenith is any better. Thanks for the info.

I'd get a G3 for $150
That's what I think it's worth

I would still go IonXE or Mini, the zenith is still a sear tripper, it's decent, but not even on the same level as the Ion

Ya I know, I think I'm tossing G3 out the window. But what about the Zenith, I mean it does come with an magnetic trigger and 14in 2 piece barrel, as well as an on/off ASA. Does the gun itself just kinda suck?

I totally forgot about the Mini. I'd go with the Mini over the SLG. Although it's a little more expensive, I think it's worth the extra money. As long as it's a Gen 2 Mini.

Ya, I don't really have that much cash to spend on a marker (I might slap it on a wishlist though...). Also, I've heard it's not good for people with big hands (and, well, I do have some pretty big hands), so that's also kinda effecting how much I want that marker. I guess my biggest question now is, between the SLG and the ion XE, which is more dependable? I've been looking at reviews for both, and I think I'll still try them out at my local proshop first, but they seem to be very similar performance wise, so now I just don't want to have any probs with whichever I go with.

Well that's understandable. Of those two, I'd still go with the SLG. I don't think you'll be disappointed with it.

I would go with the SLG basic because it has a better board and cocker threads (The most popular barrel threads).

But is it reliable? I've seen a lot of posts about it leaking and something about ball pinching (?). Whereas on the ion, there were only lke 5 total prob posts, and one was just a dead battery. . So, I mean the SLG is cheaper (+) so if it is as stable as the ion xe performance wise, it looks like that's what I'll go with.
