IMO:

XE > G3 > Epiphany. Ephiphany is like the original Ion. In order to do maintenance, you have to tear the whole flipping thing apart. Which means the design will lead to you breaking it doing routine maintenance eventually. Avoid it. Although I'd take a Blackheart Vibe over any of these 3, since it's only $20 more than the XE, already has Blackheart board for if you want tourney legal settings, already has a nice clamping neck, there's nothing wrong with the performance of the Vibe reg (it's just an Ion reg with a pressure release system, which performs very well just is a PITA to adjust), and has a better IMO trigger than the XE.
