Dangerous Power G3 vs ProMaster vs Invert Mini

Rofl, this is the last thread I PROMISE !

which of these three ? You guys said not the G3, but I can get the same deal (my Vs1 + 220 for it) for an invert mini. It has a new bolt, new eyes, and a V. 2 board because he upgraded it. The only thing is, he said it has some scratches, but the internals are perfect.

So, which one this time ?

-DP G3, $220 with upped barrel, and regulator (minus my Vs1) Cracked eye cover and deep scratches on regulator.
-Invert Mini, $220 with upped barrel, V. 2 board, new eyes, new bolt minus my Vs1) Supposedly scratched a bit, nothing else.
-ProMaster, $200+, HPA tank included, no upgrades that I know of.

Best one ?
I'm leaning towards the mini atm, but I'm not %100 sure which one !

Mini is the best marker listed, but the Promaster is the best value. Throw the G3, plain and simple, even if he dropped the price $50, it's still not as good a marker as the Mini or as good a value as the Promaster.

Damn, the G3 doesn't sound too good :P

Hurf, so it's between the ProMaster and mini, god I am so stuck.
I need to see the mini in person, both guns are over a year old (should I be very careful of that ?), but the mini has much more upgrades to get me started.

The Mini. All the way. It's a much better marker.

Try shooting the Promaster and the Mini first

Kinda like a test drive, try both of them out and then make your choice

Good idea, only problem is the mini is over an hour drive for me and I don't personally know the guy.
Trying the ProMaster could probably be arranged.

In that case, try the promaster, if you don't like it, maybe go to a local store or field that sells Minis, and try holding it and walking the trigger?

Hm, thats a possibility. I may also be able to use my friend's mini, which would be perfect.

Have you used both ?

Just the Mini;
It was nice, the trigger is a bit wierd feeling, but it's small, light and tight; just how I like my guns

Promaster's aren't that bad
I've seen a few, and they shoot just as well as any other mid level out there

I rather think they're all good buys in their respective price ranges. Buy the one that feels the best to you.

I wouldn't get the G3 just because it has a cracked eye cover
As soon as the eye cover breaks, you're exposing your eey wires and possibly damage them

Well the cover stays on still, and he says it's just a split.

My biggest gripe about the mini is it's probably around 2 years old

the promaster is also crap like the G3. I've never seen one working for a whole day. they seem to break constantly with all the internal hoses and ICD is no longer in the paintball industry so I'd stay away from them because parts can become hard to find.

I use mine all the time. onyl issue i've had is that my eyes got dirty and i kept chopping paint. the key it to set it and leave it.

That maybe true. I have never owned a promaster because of the numerous problems I watched them have in 04 and 05 (maybe 06 can't remeber..). I also know that one of the promasters that would be at the local tournys was constantly being messed with. The owner of it loved to mess with settings on all his markers. The other ones i've seen, i didn't know the owners very well so i couldn't tell you.
