Vice > Mini > G3 SE.

However, Vice is also (when new) as expensive as a G3 SE + Mini...

If you've got the money for a Vice, definitely the best of the 3. It's a true high end, very well made, quality construction, feels great, shoots fantastic, and gets very good efficiency. The Mini beats the G3SE IMO simply because it's a bit cheaper. They're both very similar in weight. Neither gets good efficiency, although the Mini is slightly better. G3 SE trigger is less sloppy, but I like the design of the Mini trigger more.
