Spyders break down twice as more than tippys, but spyders are faster and more compacted..
both suck on c02.......
but doesn't every gun
tipps are extremly durable! but i still go w/ spyders b/c there more upgradable

if you dont feel like taking care of your gun, go with a tippmann if you want to take care of your gun, get i spyder. i say spyder becasue they are more upgradable and i have one! (thats kinda biased though)

I personnaly own a tippman right now, and ive played with spiders alot, and its really close. If you want durablility, customer support, quality upgrades, and alot of firing modes, go with a tippy. If you want higher accuracy, slightly choppy, and alot of upgrades, then go with a spider. Id have to say over all, it was a tie for me.

My vote, Tippmann.
Looks: Tippmann owns the recball looks. A-5 speaks for it all.
Durability: Tippmann. If you have to question that, you should question why you’re playing paintball.
Upgrades: Spyder has quantity, but Tippmann has quality. RT and Flatline systems are unmatched.
Performance: Tippmanns keep truck’n all day long. Spyders tend to chop, fall apart, or go communist before the day is over.

uhh i tihnk looks- spyder cuz like tippmans are jsu black and yeh
upgrades- tippmans RT isnt good cuz it shakes... the E-grip oin the spyder e markers are better
performance- if u are dumb then u should get a tippman but if u are smart and keep good care of ur gun then ur spyder wont go communist on u... jus my opinion dont wanna be biased
Spyder. VS2 has less kick than a tippman. Fast as any tippman. Egrip, nice and fast. VS1 if you need all those things but still need to use co2. Easier to tuck into a bunker when playing airball with a spyder. Either is just as good for woodsball. To upgrade a tippman to be as fast as a VS1/VS2, it would cost a lot more than the spyder.
the general misconception that spyders break is one of ignorance... because there's no way anyone's gonna convince me that not a single tippmann has ever broken ever on the face of this planet... i bet the ratio of breakage between spyders and tippy's are almost identical...

lol that post is ignorance.
The ratio that i've seen is something like
7/1 where i've seen 7 spyders have major break downs (not just chopping or whatever,) and 1 tippy with a breakdown.
no, your post is ignorance. what your saying would go somewhere along the lines of people only buying imports because they have the misconception that domestic vehicles arent nearly as reliable when there's just as many domestics with said amount of miles as there are imports. just because you've seen such and such doesnt mean that that's how it is, because truth be told, the amount of spyders and tippy's you'll see in your life wont even add up to 1% of how many are actually out there being played with..
