Spyder vs. Piranah
Im can't decied between the Spyder Imagine or the Piranah E-force GTI and boast the same features 0? My local feild has both a woodsball and speedball field so I play both. I was wondering if one gun was more durable or faster?

Everytime I play with someone with a spyder, we have to stop to fix it. Those things chop way too much, I prefer piranhas over spyders.

Personally, if your gonna be in the lower price range, I recommend a 98 custom.

Piranhas are better out of the box than spyders. They are better made with more exact factory tolerances and annodizing. Most of them run in a low pressure configuration around 400 psi or so. The evo basically beats out any spyder ever made as of now. However, the spyder is a much better gun for someone who likes to customize (waste money on stuff a piranha already can do stock). The bodies are pretty much interchangable with an intimidator body, so its possible to retrofit timmy parts on them. Also most clones are 99% spyder compatible. And with the new boards available they have tremendous firepower if you take the time to get the proper regulator set up first.

I'd go Imagine. Pirahnas IMO are too bulky.

Ok here are my choices, all from my local pb shop(all prices are canadian): Spyder Imagine $210-230 can, Pirahna GTI E-Force $ 260 can, and the Pirahna SRT E-Force $300 can. So should i go with the imagine and have more money for upgrades and better mask/hopper? or with one of the PMI markers?
P.S. Im trying to keep around the $400 mark with everything(Marker, Mask, Hopper, CO2). I can get a pack with a rage mask(thermo), 12 oz tank, and hopper for $80 can

savagepballer, notice all the sigs, a lot of people who reply are pirahna owners, so their opinions are obviously biased. what i would do if i was you is, feel both and see which u like if its possible. both trigger/triggerpulls are different. if u cant feel them both, then its all preference. both are pretty much the same performance wise although the pirahna does have a little bit more "style" i guess.
pAiNtInYoUrFaCe, i dont agree with your posts at all. heres why. Chopping with a spyder and not a pirahna. i doubt it. maybe if u were using a different loader and paint for diff guns, than maybe. but if u get decent paint with a decent loader, than one gun shouldnt chop anymore than the other, if it does, ur obviously outshooting the hopper, which is not a bad thing, just means that you should go to an egg or something. then u said ud go with a 98c. hes obviously lookin for an electro, so why even mention that?
