I'm new to paintball. I did the handgun thing indoors 3 times and two weeks ago I did my first outdoor semi-auto game. I needed to "rent" the marker I used so it was...crap.

I'm totally hooked on the game and would like to buy my own marker and hopper.

I have NO clue what I want. I don't need the hottest thing on the market, just a decent and accurate semi-auto marker and hopper.

Can you make any recommendations? I'm thinking the basic Tippmann 98 or whatever...

Can anyone make a under $150 recommendation?

spyder imagine, 120 approx., ull need a hopper i reccommend a reloader i think its about 40, then a 20 oz co2 and your all set gun wise

Piranha Eforce.. www.xpaintball.com. ITs like $99 dollars. Then get a 12 ounce CO2, a gravity fed hopper and spend the rest of your money on the best mask you can find. Might want to look for a used mask if your tight on $$$.

Eforce is a great beginner gun. Shoots fast and is uber durable. Very easy to clean and maintain. Just put adorp of oil in the ASA before every tank and oil your o-rigns before every game and you'll be set.

Looks like you've got yourself bitten by the bug.
