bright, you do not know what you are talking about. the tippmann and the tirlogy are guns that are designed for way diff. types of play. the tippmann is a woodsball gun and the wgp is a speedball gun. if you play more woods get the tippy. if you play speed, don't get the trilogy. they suck. period. spend the extra money on a pro stock wgp.

true^
tippys are just as fast as mech cockers, escpeccially the trilogy since it cant take upgrades.
but for speed i would still take trilogy because its smaller.
dont get either, i would just get a BkO for a little bit more money

tippy...the trilogys arent made as strong and arent as reliable...also the 98c's are more customisable...also the BKO's arent just a lil bit more...they are 200-150 more...double the price

between those two i would certainly go with the tippmann hands down. Ive personally looked at and picked up the trilogy and it felt like a pos. the tippmann would be a little slower stock but at least you have a solid marker. Im also assuming your a newer player which means you should deffinitly not be buying a cocker since(although i love them) need an understanding of how they work.
If you are willing to save up a bit more i would certainly suggest buying a used marker such as a bushmaster or impulse(not including the cocker for the same reasons as above).

Actually, the trilogies you don't. You can't time them. The 3-way is unadjustable in addition to being unreplaceable, and the hammer lug is fixed from everything I've read. So all you can adjust is the back block and cocking rod.

they are still a more complicated design and not being able to adjust as many things might be bad, not good.

Id say neither, i mean, if ur going to play woodsball, the 98 custom, but if ur gonna play speedball, i agree with the others. Save up for something better than a trilogy. I dont even call the trilogy a real autococker, because the "integrated" stuff is just cheaper, not better.
