all spyders are the same. And also, all electra dxs are blue. Price is what matters the most.

ur paying more $$$ for the looks, the milling, and a several upgrades that arent even that good (the reg on the fenix isnt too great). All spyders are the same. The best out of all for price/quality is definitely the imagine 04. Get that! If you want same thing with better looks get the Fenix

ACS version is worthless. U could t-board an imagine and get a halo for the price of it.

I would get the Imagine 04 and you could take the extra money and spend in on the T-Board and a Halo and Barrel and stuff like that like Bobide said. But if money is no object and you want one of those two I guess I do Fenix for looks.

Nothing is wrong w/ the fenix, it just has no better features than the imagine. I know ppl that have both, they work great. If looks or money is an issue then ur question has just been solved by u.
