I just found this on a site and am thinking about getting it for $250. Has anyone ever shot it? Is is good, bad, mediocre.

They're not bad guns. A stock typeX is very similar to a wgp vf. The feedneck is threaded, but not standard threads, so it's hard to find a good clamping feedneck. It's a little lighter than a wgp vf, with the 3-way being easier to adjust, and the ram being about as good as a sto ram. The lpr is adjustable, and the hpr is externally adjustable. I'm extremely unimpressed witht the systemX beavertails, although the trigger itself is nice (it's the same trigger as a CCM). Overall, not a bad price, but I'd want it a little cheaper before I'd consider it.

Yeah. It comes with an inline reg, so high pressure air is the preferred source.

The only autococker that you can't physically install an E-Blade/E2 on is a DragunFLY. There are two reasons:

A) the stock pneumatics aren't capable to hav ethat much pressure on them; you'd have to buy new pneu's

B) you'd have to fabricate a front mount block.

My friend has an E2 on his Type X, and all he had to do was email System X and ask them what to do for it. I don't know if that's the best deal in the world, but it's not the worst.
