Ok, couldent find a thread on this...

Im starting a team, and a friend of mine is upgrading to an evil omen maybe. Has anyone used these guns? How do they shoot? Ive heard like a less expensive timmy, but ive heard they break too. What are good first upgrades for them and are there any weak points on the gun?

less expensive timmy......total bull**** right there. A timmy is electro-pnuematic a omen is a fancy blowback borowing a little from cockers.

pretty good guns, but for the money, we all agree better can be had for the price. The cam arms are a good system, and once u figure out the adjusting it's not that hard.

If u get one make sure it has the new arms and board or else it's crap. For it won't be able to use a halo and will be to slow for speedball.

I don't think anything no them is a real peice of crap though, pretty damn good reg also.

the only people that own omens are extremely bias'd towards thier markers, and while all gun owners are bias'd to a point, omen owners take it to a whole differant level

i highly suggest you do a serch for the omen, there are tons of threads about them, lots of information to be had, and im sure you can reach a decision based on what you read

I heard some things about it, it sounds pretty nice w/ adjusting new cam arm and new board, and it's sort of different from other guns. But personally I think the omen was little out of date in terms of what it has/can do and how much it cost. Maybe if it was cheaper..

it's $330 new and i think that has the new arms and faster board. Best blowback out next to evo in my opinion.

well i am not going to turn this into an argument. I have an omen and i love it. i wouldn't compare it to a timmy but it is very nice at www.rjskateworks.com has the omen with the new board an cam arms for 330 i would suggest a z boarded egg or a halo cuz the new board takes the omen to a whole new level watch: http://home.comcast.net/~cbounds923/05omen.wmv this has the new board and cams
