Yeah, the only people who are going to regret getting their Ion's are the retards that don’t know how to take care of their guns. These are the people that would have normally bought a tippmann, but got their parents to buy them that brand new Ion instead.
If you have any common sense, the Ion won’t fail you, and it's an awesome gun.
Quite frankly, looking at how an Ion is less than $300, and shoots just as good as any cocker ive ever shot, people should be pointing an laughing at you.

I just bought it....sheer sweetness...it feels soooo much like my shocker....anyways....yeah...the guy at the store said that because of it, alot of prices on other guns (including the new pro-stock cockers) are gonna be dropping in price....just to compete with it...their is seriously no gun around that can touch it with in $300 (i like it better then the impulse...alot better)

Ok 'Torch', that was susposed to be a bit retoracle (sp?).
I was hinting at how do they deal with dust and dirt. Remember I play in the desert (cuz thats all thats around Reno except for Tahoe woods players) so I have concerns about how a marker is to FULLY clean. The desert dust and sand is so fine it gets into everything! Just ask a vet comming home from Iraq about the desert. And that desert make Reno look like a pussy desert.
How are they to beak down for cleaning?
'sNoW PIrAnHa' whats the deal with the cutie in your sig? She is freakn' distracting and hot! I can't deal with your posts cuz this girl keeps dancing at me, geez.
God I just LOVE a cute butt (like hers). Who is she? Do you know her or found the clip on the net?

k finlay saw one shoot/shot 1, it ramped allot, but was very fast so i was impressed, but when it was crono time it was reading 302 315 318 177 298 321 320, it was all over the place, then in the 2nd hopper it broke balls, but at leasy they wer not chopps, the guy let me use it and i lit up a moving train. def faster then my cocker, but bad part is it takes a hour to take a part.

disassembly only takes 5 minutes, once you've done it twice. all other claims are an exaggeration. it is not a gas hog, unless your settings are not correct, or all u r doing is dry firing (dry firing uses about 4x the air as shootin with paint). the stock dwell setting is set at 52 (13 ms), for CO2 - it should be reduced to around 40 (10 ms). when properly set, you will get ~1200 shots frojm a 68/4500.
Woods players should love it because it is very quiet and light. desert players - I don't know how it will work in dust/sand, but it works great in rain and puddles. it is the best gun available right now for the $. it is a very good gun, period. once the 2k5 bko come out, we'll have to see how it compares to the Ion.
