ACS barrels are not worth it. At this point you have two routes you can continually put on upgrades to your marker or only get upgrades that will be transferable to another, higher end marker(regulator, High pressure air tank, hopper). I would suggest the second route but from the upgrades you listed id assume you have chosen the first.
Given this instead of an ACS bolt which is not a very good chop solution I would suggest you first get an motorized hopper(I'd recomend a ViewLoader Evolution II with z-board or a reloader B) and then a t-board with eyes. I've used a couple t-board'd spyders and i can think of few upgrades that are more worth it for such a small cost(around $60 not including installation). Eventually i would also get an HPA tank made by Crossfire or Pure Energy and a regulator for your spyder. Then you might want to look at a higher end barrel(CP one piece, Dye Ultralite) or even a barrel kit(Empire 7-piece, J&J Edge). With all of these upgrades your marker will shoot much better then a lot of mid-range guns. However, keep in mind that your resale will not be porportional to the amount of money you spend and that you can probably obtain a mid-range gun for a little cheaper.
