Notes
ICD's latest line of markers, the freestyle, is a great tourney marker. It is a relatively cheap highend marker that will give you all the speed you need along with some added incentives. The freestyles tiny profile helps you stay tight and the weight is nothing to complain about. When the gun is tuned properly it works great and the fact that it has little to no kick is excellent. One downside to the freestyle is the efficency. ICD has tried to improve this by issuing thier HE bolt though what it does add is not to great. Currently evolve is making a bolt kit for the Non-pro freestyle owners and they quoted 2300 shots from their bolt.
Speed
The speed of the freestyle is nothing you have to worry about. With numerous board upgrades, NoX/NoX Lite/Predator/Chaos. Out of the box with the stock gen 1 board i was shooting a decent fifteen.
Trigger
The stock trigger on the freestyle is nothing to complain about. It is fast has little side play and has an overall nice feel to it.
Barrel
The stock barrel for the freestyle is one of the first things to upgrade on the gun.
Trigger Frame
It's a clammy, nuff said.
