Just picked up a new 2k5 Ninja A-Bomb

First Thoughts

Well, to start. This thing is gorgeous. I love the way it looks. I lubed it up and aired it up and went out to chrono. I slapped on the on/off and CP Reg and had a shot. Beautiful. I owned a 2k2 before and I noticed a great difference. Very consistant as well +/- 3 and its brand new!

Maintinence

Cake. This thing is easy as anything to rip apart and clean out. If you are going for a full disassembly than it will be a bit more time consuming, but all in all its very easy and quick.

Speed

This thing is fast. No doubt about it. Eyes on forced, Debounce 2.0, Mbounce 0, Cap OFF, ramping = Ropes like nothing. 20+Bps no problem. But also, it has a tourney lock and a cap if you feel like saving some paint. Also just throw your debounce up and mbounce up and slap on semi and you got a perfectly tourney legal marker.

Consistisy

Perfect. I get around 1800 shots off my 68/4500 tank. +/- 1 to 5 FPS depending on the day. No FSDO, LPR at 85. 285 FPS all day. No problems.

Overall

Good for its price, fast, reliable, easy to clean, great stock parts, consistant, oh and I have yet to chop a ball. Shoots ropes. The frenzy board is great, has everything i need. Am I biased? Probably. But i love this thing to death. I know its probably alot like the Alias review...seeing as they are the same gun with different milling. But i was bored so here you go PBF.

Which atomix proshop did you get yours from? (they have 4 shops in michigan)

I thought all they had was lake orion(i live there!!), romeo, and walled lake. Where is the other?

I live in romeo, they dont have one here, but some kinda pro shop is going in pretty soon, there was a rumor going around that it was gonna be a lone wolf.

Clinton township, walled lake (moving to canton), lake orion, and theres one more but i dont know where it is, sorry.

Where did you hear about a proshop in romeo?

I've shot these, one of the kids on my team owns one, and they are sick. I own an Atomix Impulse that i upgraded, but it doesn't rip nearly as well as the A-Bomb.
