Dangerous power fusion

Here's my review of the Dangerous power fusion marker

I'll try to get some pictures up soon, but I have to find my camera, but heres a pic from a website (same color as mine and exactly what it looks like)

Specs

-Dangerous power fusion
-Halo w/v35 and rip drive
-68/4500 carbon wrapped tank

-the gun is perfectly stock

First Impression

at first look the fusion seems like a slightly smaller and a little less boxy than a macdev cyborg. The inside of the barrel back is perfectly smooth...almost glass like. The anno is very nice and very smooth, and the milling is nice as well. When I took the fusion out of the box I was very impressed

Feel

the gun feels very nice, it is pretty light, and the grips are nice in my opinion. many people don't like the grips very much.

Internals

The fusion's internals are well mad and sturdy. It is a sprinf return ram which a lot of non-owners seem to not like, but it causes barley any extra kick or problems so I think it's fine.

Board

The fusion has I believe four modes. 20 bps semi and ramping and 25bps semi and ramping. The v1 only had 20bps but the v2, which I have has more modes

First use

The first time using the fusion I had no problems at all. The reg although unbroken in still had very little fluctuation. The trigger pull could have been a little shorter, but that can be adjusted very easily. I was very accurate even with its stock barrel and it had great efficiency. The fusion has a little bit of kick, probably because the ram is reurned by a spring but its really no trouble. I was extremely impressed with my first use of the fusion.

Overall thoughts

The fusion v2 is a great gun for the price of $380. I've heard some people say that it shoots like a ego just with more kick, but I've never shot a ego so I wouldn't know. What I do know is that the fusion looks great and performs even better.

Pros

- great price for such a good gun
- solid parts and no plastic peices
- reg is practically proken in out of the box
- pretty accurate

Cons

- since the fusion is so new there aren't any aftermarket parts besides barrels and color kits, but a new board is coming out soon...not that it needs to upgraded much
- some people think the spring return ram is a bad thing, but Dagerous Power did a good job with it so I think its fine

Just a warning about the Fusion

I have the fusion v2, but the v1 can be tickey and has some problems which are all fixed in the v2

Problems with the v1

- reg creep- pressure goes up after each shot...can blow the noid

-other small problems

-All of these problems were solved in the v2, but Dangerous power has grat customer service so even if you have a v1 you can get it fixed extremely quickly

But besides these problems with the v1 If you can get your hands on a Dangerous Power v2 i highly suggest it...its worth it

ya you should oil and lube it. even though it comes oiled just do it again because there isn't that much on it. Don't lube the bolt though. Its derrlin(sp) so it's self lubricating

no you can't change the grips since they are slightly different than a normal 45 grip. and there is a t-board coming out soon and probably others as well

I heard that these guns are already out on fields and ripping! They seem to be pretty good, except for the Reg. Creep.
