spyder xtra.

would this gun be a pretty good choice for someone whos starting to get into paintball? was just wondering if i could get some feedback from ppl who have had/do have this gun. thanks a lot guys.

yeah spyders are good for beginners{or not} cuz you can customize them later and they work good right out of the box.

Yeah, great gun, Better then most mech spyders, Its a really good gun for a beginner and woodsballer.

I love my Xtra but only with a different barrel. My has a J&J now and it is crazy how it shoots with this barrel. Great starter gun or backup once you get something better. I started with spyders about 9 years ago and have not regretted it since. The best thing about starting with a Spyder is you can transfer parts once you get a new one. You should look into a spring kit as well. The new Xtras have a very good bolt and you can always go electric down the road.
