Recently purchased an ION and for some reason, it seems to be spitting at 4 balls at once almost.. Any Idea's?

your have bad detents. replace them.

I'm nto sure how to get to them on the ion cuz it's a piece of trash to work on, but they're things that stick into your breach to keep paint from double feeding.

I do not. if you have a local store/shop try asking them. or read the manual to see what sort of detents it takes.

Is it in a firing mode, such as 3-shot-burst, where one pull would fire 3 balls?

If not, and the balls are not going far/rolling out the barrel, it is the detents. They are also known as 'ball stops.'

They are fairly cheap, meaning around $15 online.

If you don't feel comfortable installing them yourself (More like putting them in their 'slots'), then I'd recommend a local experienced player or shop.
