should i have
ok i spent almost $1100 on upgrade for my tippmann A-5 from bolt,stabalizers,barrels,e-grip, etc should i have done this or just buy a monster gun like the dye dm8 which i still might sell my gun now and buy that im just looking for an overall [u]better[u]gun for acuracy at range

all paintball guns are equally accurate.
That being said, the DM would have been a *FAR* better choice. Just dont be surprised when you only get a fraction out of what you put into the A5

What is your problem with the A-5? The DM would have been cheaper, but the A-5 is much more durable.

ok, it breaks down like this:
speed - the a5 cant hold a candle to the DM. even with all the upgrades
weight - the a5 equals just shy of 2 of the DMs
balance - Markers dont get much more balanced than the DM line
resale - he spent 1100 it and it MAY sell for 300 as is
durability - yeah, it may require a bit more maintenence, but they're still reliable
versatility - the a5 is decent in the woods, the DM is great everywhere
report - the DM is one of the most quiet markers out there, the a5 one of the loudest
style - cmon now.
The a5 is a fine marker, but when you compare it to a DM? Well, there IS no comparison. And if you think otherwise, you havnt shot one.

no worries,
if you spent $1100 on the a5 you could probably spend the same amount or more on another marker.
