carcrazeycorey is right. The RS is 300psi no Tadoa. The RSX is 250psi with Tadoa.
As far as 08 Electra vs. RS, they are the same price. I prefer the trigger on the RS, the Electra has Tadao (but only 3 modes compared to the RS's 2 without Tadao), but other than that they're more the same than different. I'd say get whichever. If you don't use ramping, the Electra doesn't have anything desirable that the RS doesn't, and the fact that I prefer the RS trigger would sway me that way.

Ramping is a feature in some electronic boards that automatically shifts the mode of fire from semi-automatic to fully automatic as long as the trigger is pulled at a specified rate. PSP kicks in after 3 shots (so on the 4th)while you must keep up 5bps to stay fully auto. NXl ramping is the same but you just have to hold the trigger after the 4th shot and Millennium ramping kicks in once you reach and hold 7.5bps.
