Change barrel to match paint better, make sure bolt isn't damaged on the face. make sure reg is consistently pushing correct pressure. Accuracy will be ball on ball.

OH YEAH, that can definitely cause it also. dimples in paint = loopdeloop shots.

timmys are great markers. a little old, but other than that they're amazing.

yes whitebox stuff can be a cause of paint flying is strange directions.

Dimply paint can also be a good thing, nothing like those magic paintballs that curve around bunkers to hit people

Oh yeah, they are cool. But for every 1 of them you get, you'll have 10 that go right around someones mask never touching them.

The thick fill helps offset dimples to a small degree...

I dont really get why you need a review of a gun you already have but....
Ive owned a 2k5d intimidator for 3 years now and dont intend to sell it. It is a smooth running gun, can keep up with any othe rmarker out there, is very reliable and maintenance is minimal.

As for accuracy, that has nothing to do with the gun really. Using a better paint to bore match and even better paint will show a great increase of accuracy.

I beg to differ. Your gun has a LOT to do with accuracy, and despite what other people think is more important then paint/bore match. If you have a gun that kicks like a mule, your accuracy isn't gonna be great. If you have a gun with off tune regs or inconsistent regs, don't expect to hit very much. If you use a gun with a horrid bolt design that doesn't disperse the air onto the ball consistently don't expect your accuracy to be hitting on much. If you are using horrid paint, don't expect to be hitting much.

Yeah paint/bore match has a small effect on it, but correct boring does just as much harm. Think about it, paintballs aren't perfectly round. When correctly bored up the paintball will not be getting the same amount of friction evenly on each and every part of the paintball causing the paintball to curve in the direction with more friction. Which is why when I bore my **** up, I also jump up one bore for safety.

Yes I am prepared for flamage from those people who believe paint/bore match is the saint of accuracy.

If you want to squeeze every bit of performance out of your timmy get yourself a epek ram kit. It will reduce kick, lower lpr pressure and make it even quieter.
