So basically all of my friends paintball (scenario not speedball) and they all want me to join in. Personally I am not a big fan of regular paintball gun looks (ion, spyder, basically speedball guns) so I was researching which scenario gun I should get when I stumbled upon the Rap 4 T68 AK 47 (hopper). Its a great price, and it looks high quality (all metal). But my friends all have the Tippmann A-5 model guns and they keep telling me it is a bad gun. I tried to look for reviews and info but I can't find any good reviews or outside opinions on the gun. I just want to know if it is a solid and reliable marker (yes i know it is single shot only and that is not bad for me so dont factor that into the mix because if it is a good gun i will purchase the e trig for it). Are they just really bias or would investing more money into the A-5 be a smarter idea?

Just buy a tippman 98 custom... the a-5 is the same but with the football hopper on the side. just get the 98 custom with a viewloader eye force. and if you really want to make it good get a response trigger or an electric trigger. but if you want looks just get a stock if you want and a fore grip?

IMO speedball guns are the best in general. Pro scenario teams even rep speedball guns. Total Insanity for instance reps Bob Long closers and are sponsored by them.
