let me know if this gun is good or not also if it is better than the orion

Well I could tell you that neither are the greatest guns. I shot a orion and it was not impressing at all. I dont know about a vl prodigy though. If you are thinking about buying a prodigy I would suggest maybe a spyder or pirahna. Much better performance IMO. You can get a e-spyder for about 110$ and they are very nice compared to any of the vl series. They shoot nice out of the box a will shoot really strait and accurate with just a barrel. I personally like the pirahna better out of the box but they are a little more expensive. Try some different guns out. See what you like.

I think that the prodigy is a okay gun but i perfer the orion anyone is good as long as it is viewloader!!! there both good guns!!!

paintball 4 ever. all viewloader guns are the same. They all work the same, all have the same basic body. And they're not really all that good. I have a viewloader triton2, and it works exactly the same as the vl prodigy e grip, and the vl orion. So you can buy any of those guns and will work exactly the same, so the orion is a waste of money becuz u can pick up a cheaper Vl gun and get the same performance. My autococker pwns all vl guns.

k i am not going to go into like a tournament with it or anything its just for me to mess ari=ound with at my course i don nt wanna spent a whole lotta money cuz its not my whole llife and i am not that dumb to spend all my money on a paintball gun and i think it is good so screw all of you guys!!!

First off, learn how to type.

Second off, the VL Prodigy is 120 dollars last time I checked. It works the same as a Orion, triton, or Triad(a green triton). Do not buy this gun! There are a few guns you might want to look into.

Spyder Xtra $100- A good mech marker, probably all you would ever need.

Spyder Imagine around $125-135- A good electric marker for the price. It has different modes, like full auto and 3 round burst. If you buy it from Wal-Mart you need to put on a jumper to get different modes.

Tippmann 98 Custom about the same price as the Imagine- This is one the most realible markers you can get, that requires all most no matinence(sp). Excellent for woods games.

Theres good deals on E Bay all the time, so look around.

You said you dont want to spend a lot of money. Paintball is expensive, unless you play pump or conserve your paint.
