I bought a DragunFLY Mech Special Edition Autococker about a moth ago. Boy, was that a dumba*s thing of me to do. Let me tell you why.

--When I get the gun out of the box, I hooked on my High Pressure tank, becuase that's what it says in the manual. Well, no. The coupler where the macro is connected to the reg shoots out of the reg. Wastes 1500 psi right there.

--Trigger sticks. After sweetspotting it for about 5 shots the trigger will stay mid-fire and let air leak out of the gun until you (A) pull the trigger from the firing position or (B) disconnect the tank.

--Leaks like a sonofab*tch. The locking device on the macro leaks uncontrollably. It doesnt do it much, but trust me, it adds up after a while. Also, leaks out of barrel most times you put the HPA tank on. Yes, it was cocked, and yes, i checked the manual... no dice.

--Hosing. After firing about 35-50 shots, the hosing was clouded and was deteriorating. I needed to buy new hosing because i used less than half a hopper.

--Bolt. This gun comes with a delrin bolt and the stock bolt. Both work horribly on this gun.... the delrin chops and the stock jams.

--Barrel. Well what can i say. It's the same stock barrel as the JT Excellerator 3.5... need i say more?

--QEV's. Stock's are easily breakable. If you have this marker and are persistant on keeping it, make this one of your first investments.

--Annodizing. It looks like a kindergartener did this anno job... i mean, it sucks big time! Look at the fade on the Special Edition... you'll see

--Drop. Sucks with a capital S-U-C-K-S.

--Reg. I would consider getting a different one, since tis neither high pressure or low. In fact, this gun might run better on c02.

--Manufacturing. Like most Spyder blowbacks, these guns are mass produced in Taiwan. Which means shoddy work from an assembly line who dont know an ASA from their a*shole.

This gun is horrible stock and i horrible uped. A complete waste of my money... Negative 10/10... but hey, i can just give you my opinion, you have to make the decision by yourself...

i hear you , i had a few dragunflys pass my way and yes they all needed timing ect. out of the box ,and the stock regs suck , but i had one that whoudn't work for **** but it was just the stock reg messing everything up ,but i replaced that and gots it runing , the guns works good when they run .
