32 Degrees Icon?

Hi all. I'm new to the forum (and VERY new to the sport, but have LOVED it so far) and am looking for my first marker. I used a 98 Custom today which I like a lot, but after looking around more the 32 Degrees Icon E has really caught my eye. Anyone have any opinions or experience with this particular model? Also, how does it compare to the LED and the Z?

Thanks for any and all input.

Thumbs up

I guess I can show you a sneak peak of an article Pr0ph3t and I are working on:

32 Degrees; Icon Z

This marker is the sister of the popular beginner marker named the Icon E. They are the same thing besides the Icon Z does not have an electronical trigger frame, unlike the Icon E. The Icon Z has a good price for the low-budget new players. You can put this marker in comparison with a Spyder Victor, for they are both mechanical stacked tube blowbacks. It is believed that the Icon Z is put together with less quality parts compared to other mechanical stacked tube blowbacks. The Icon Z accepts Spyder threaded barrels. This marker can run on either Co2 or HPA, even though HPA is recomended with any marker you buy. With this marker a gravity feed hopper will work, but we suggest an electric hopper. The price of a Icon Z is $85.

I have not finished the LED or E, but like my review says, it is the same thing as a Icon Z just it has an electronic trigger frame.

good work on that article mp11. i know two people who use icons. one is a z, one is an e. the e is a very nice little low end electro. only problem that i have w/ the z is that the trigger pull is immense, least its not as bad as a spyder shutter...the guy that i know w/ the e left it in the rain or somethin and fried it(i bet it can get it working). if i cna get it from him and get it working i'm going to give it to my team mate that uses the z.
