Did you get an actual speedfeed or some look-alike? I know that some wannabe speedfeeds you need to get the duct tape out and just put enough on so it's snug.

Are you sure you ordered a halo/reloader speedfeed? I think they started making them for vlocity's as well.
But yeah, calling them/sending it back would be your best bet unless you don't mind rigging it on.

It might be a shorted circuit in the board. I have a similar problem. I just got a Halo B, and when I turn it on, the green light blinks, and the motor only whirrs and spins to feed when the lid is tapped with a screwdriver or something relatively hard. Are Halo B's motion activated? By that I mean do they feed only when you shoot? Sorry for asking this in your thread, but I didn't want to start another just for that. Somebody please PM me with help. Thanks.

Your problem isn't like his at all. But yes, halo's use eyes, which detect if there is something in the breach of the hopper. If you take apart your shells you can see two wires that go into the neck. Those are the eyes and when there's nothing between them, the drive cone spins.

But that's the problem. It doesn't even spin when there's paintballs in there. I put paint in it, and turn it on, and it will only feed when I hit the feed neck or lid of it with the palm of my hand. WTH?

Then you got a reloader b, which is sound activated, and much better, IMO.

Really? Cool. So it will only feed the balls when I shoot? Pretty cool. But is thegreen light supposed to blink, or is it supposed to be solid green?

Yes, it is a Reloader 2. I google imaged the Empire Reloader 2, and it pulled up the exact picture of my hopper. How much better on a scale of 1 to 10 is the Reloader 2 than the Halo B.

Reloader 2 is not at all better than a Halo B. I was thinking you had a Reloader B.
