i am interested in buying a halo off a friend i no...when i asked if it was a halo b he said it was better then a halo b. is there such thing (unless he was refering to a vitory or angry board).

p.s. he already said it doesnt have a rip drive, does that make a big difference with a rip drive and is it an upgrade u can get on it at a later time?

any insite is helpful.

the rip drive is a preffrence and yes there is a better hopper than the halo it is called the draxis pulse here check it out... YouTube - Draxxus Pulse

he might have been talking about the empire version, i know it has features that the odysey ones don't but yes, you can get a rip drive later, and it isn't just preference imo, if your batteries die in the middle of a game, you'll be glad you had it.

yea idk, i have the rip drive and if you ran out of batteries... it would only load like 12/sec and thats manualy it probly takes 4-5seconds to wind it up. But yea better than nothing

that is what the rip drive is for. plus to fix jams and preload the drive done.
