the halo will be faster and the empire will be sound activated and less prone to breaking or misfeeding.

they are both tried and true hoppers though.

I've never had my halo break a paintball or misfeed a round one. They're both great hoppers. I'd take the rip drive just because it can be really helpful.

All of the Empire Reloader B's and B2's have a rip drive, it doesn't come as an option. So the differences are the sound activated board and the v35 board with eyes. They are basically the same hopper with different boards. But the v35 will be faster.
